Mary & Trevor 's Winter Wonderland
Well, it was no surprise to those who know Trevor and Mary that their love for winter would play a crucial role in the selection of their wedding date. Embracing the warm and cozy experiences and feelings we so desperately seek in the colder months (think ski chalet, rumbling fireplaces, a warm beverage, and snow-covered mountains), this couple offered their guests a traditional Canadiana-style atmosphere. From the venue location at the foot of the Hidden Valley Highlands, to the carefully selected details on display for all to admire throughout the reception space, it was indeed every ounce of breathtaking you could imagine. Every single detail came together as planned, including the bride’s request for some truly wintry weather!
So I challenge you to view this gallery, and try not to fall in love with what you see. Let’s be honest, snowy weddings are a special kind of stunning. A kiss with your beloved is just that much more romantic when your hair is dusted with snowflakes. Heck, everything looks magical after a snowfall! It was a particularly special treat for me to help plan and coordinate this gorgeous, winter wedding for Mary and Trevor.
